Established in the mid-1800s, the school boasts of being the second oldest high school facility in the entire York region. Jean Vanier CHS
Next on the list is Jean Vanier CHS, a well-established catholic school located at 10475 Bayview Avenue that is run by the local catholic school board. This fragrance-free institution was established in 2009, making it one of the newest and most technologically integrated high schools in the city. The school is located within the vicinity of Bayview Secondary School and is designated to serve the area of Richmond Hill ON district. Richmond Green Secondary School
This is another public high school in the city under the York Region District School Board that has fought its way into being one of the highly-rated high schools in the city. The school is relatively large in size and is directly connected to the locally famed Richmond Green Public Library which also serves as the school’s library. It’s located at 1 William F. Bell.
